All personal information held by H Sport Massage Clinic Ltd  is treated as private and confidential.  It is used solely by  H Sport Massage Clinic Ltd and will not be disclosed to other parties. The client understands that the therapist may refuse to undertake treatment should this be contraindicated due to medical or other conditions that the client may present with, due to concerns regarding the health, safety and wellbeing of either the client or the massage therapist.

Each person reacts differently to massage and in no case does H Sport Massage Clinic Ltd guarantee any particular outcome from a treatment or series of treatments. 

Therapists reserve the right to refuse or terminate treatment to any client, at her own discretion, refuse, discontinue or defer treatment

Appointment Cancellations

We understand that sometimes rescheduling is necessary as life and plans change, therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you do not show to your scheduled appointment time, or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, cancellation fees will apply according to our policy below:

  • Cancelling less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

  • Appointments made within the 24-hour period that are cancelled less than 4 hours prior to the reserved appointment time will be subject to a fee of 50%.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that opening. We will offer discretionary waiving of the fee for medical and emergencies, this is judged on a case by case basis.  H Sport Massage Clinic Ltd policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clients. We have put in place the option of cancelling or rescheduling through your appointment confirmation and reminder email, please find these at the bottom of your email, please note you will not be able to cancel or reschedule your appointment under 20 hrs of the appointment. 

As a courtesy, you will receive an email confirmation at the time of booking and a reminder email 24 hours  prior to your scheduled appointment. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid late arrival, missed appointments and cancellation fees.

Refunds

H Sport Massage Clinic Ltd has a no refund policy on services completed. We offer complimentary fixes within 7 days of the service completion pending approval of each individual massage therapist.
